Another week is in the books. I started commuting to work but I don’t know for how long I am gonna keep it up: it’s roughly 35 km and takes me about 1h 45m. It is long, hot, and somewhat stressful due to the less than stellar road etiquette of local drivers.
I wonder what those Saudi drivers think when they see me – a guy on a strange bike, in Lycra shorts, during morning rush hour, on busy streets. Am I a curiosity, a nuisance or a straight from outer space alien to them?
