Week 61 – Happy X-Mas

The year is winding down. We spent the week before Christmas in México City; I now know what piñatas are for.
It’s our fifth week here and the novelty wore off. We already saw what we wanted to see, we did what we wanted to do, including a couple of day trips. By no means we did everything there is in México City but enough to have an idea.
Even though I rode my Brompton to work to avoid sitting on a shuttle in traffic jams, the pollution and the stress of cycling on congested roads with unruly drivers didn’t make my daily commute particularly pleasant.
Time to move on.

…And so happy Christmas
We hope you have fun
The near and the dear one
The old and the young…

Merry Christmas, Everybody!

This week in numbers:

43 km – distance cycled
7 – spikes on a piñata, representing the seven deadly sins
