Nah, just kidding. There was nothing gory about the Great Ocean Road today. Can’t guarantee anything tomorrow, though. But today was a rather pleasant day. It was sunny at times but not too warm – good for cycling.

It gave me a sneak peak into my upcoming New Zealand bike tour: there were plenty of hills. I’ve managed. I also got a taste of wet camping. No later than I put up the tent it started to rain rather heavily. I’ve managed. I slept in a eucalyptus forest, it smelled like a Russian banya.
The highlight of the day was a visit to Anglesea Golf Course. No, I neither played golf or watched others play. It’s famous for being a feeding ground for a colony of kangaroos. I got to see them up close and personal.
